The sanitary facilities at Tsa Camp in McLeod Ganj/Dharamsala were modernised a few years ago with a local or Indian toilet, another European toilet, especially for the elderly, and a shower room. During our visit in September 2025, we found the sanitary installations in a state of disrepair and unsanitary.
